HOME VISITS / HOUSE CALLS
Dr. Sadique is always pleased to make home visits and house calls to patients qualified under Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, and Private Insurer's rules. In such event, Dr. Sadique, accompanied by her Medical Assistant, carries what she calls “Clinic-in-a-bag” containing CardioSleeve (an advanced stethoscope that also records vital risk index, Auscultation with ECG, Murmur detection, ECG analysis, Cardio function (Systolic), Fundus and other exam cameras, Blood Pressure Monitor, IR Thermometer, Pulse Oximeter, Spirometer, Nebulizer, Adult Weight Scale, Baby Weight Scale, Blood Glucose Monitor, Otoscope, Instant Urine Analyzer, Ultrasound, and a PC Tablet that collects all vital signs and other device data via Bluetooth connectivity that becomes a part of the patient’s chart and helps in proper diagnosis and effective care planning. Additionally, she provides a device called i2Ptm to patients (optional purchase by patient) to remotely monitor patient’s heart conditions and other physiological indicators along with a telemedicine video conferencing platform for direct remote visual interactions with patients. Dr. Sadique also carries an array of medical supplies, syringes, and suture kits to deal with minor cuts and burn emergencies while making home visits.
